We are so thankful for all the interest in eculent. We release reservations each month on the 1st at 11am for the following month. You may add yourself to our waitlist using Tock. Please make sure to add all the days you are interested in as it is date specific. Our reservations typically sell out in minutes so make sure to mark your calendar.

We do not accept walk ins. All reservations must be made online.

We currently are seating for parties up to 12 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We have changed our seating to follow CDC guidelines. For parties larger than 6 please email us at eat@eculent.com.

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Your card will be charged a $25 per person booking fee (non-refundable) which will be applied toward your final bill on the night of service. We require a 72 hr cancellation notice for all parties less than 6 guests and 7 days for parties greater than 6.

While we can accommodate well-behaved children we do not offer any reduction in menu size or price.

We offer one menu of twenty+ courses featuring local proteins, vegetables, and greens. We grow what we can and source everything else from local farmers and ranchers. We gladly accommodate vegetarian and other dietary restrictions with advance notice.

We offer a wine pairing featuring Clear Creek Vineyard and French wines specifically made for our selection of courses for $59 per person. A non-alcoholic beverage pairing is available for $49.

Reservations are not accepted via voicemail.

Casual elegance attire is recommended at eculent. Please no t-shirts, shorts, or tennis shoes. Non-flash photography is allowed in the restaurant. Please refrain from cell phone use while in the dining room. Menu and prices are subject to change due to seasonality and availability of ingredients.
